All products are shipped from authorized warehouses within the EU or approved international partners. In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours on business days. Estimated delivery times are 5–7 business days within the EU and 7–14 business days to the US and non-EU destinations. Delivery times are indicative only. A tracking link is sent by email once the order is shipped. We ship with UPS and DHL. Packages delivered to pickup points are held for 14 days.

Shipping fees are clearly shown at checkout. EU prices include VAT. For US and non-EU customers, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for customs delays or charges.
